Capturing this city aesthetic is very fulfilling. I dig the natural colors with a blue sky, lines, shadows and varied textures. This shoot serves up a cohesive variety and I had joy in the process of creating these images.

I am thrilled when a family returns for another senior shoot! I shot with Trey’s sister a few years ago and he was not nearly this tall and grown! I really enjoyed the whole aesthetic of this shoot AND thanks to Mom and Dad for adding smiles and tunes the whole way through our shoot.

I need to learn the history of graduation cap tassels - anyone care to enlighten me?! We’ve been having a lot of wind this season in Phoenix, and it definitely kicked up at this point in our shoot. That tassel was blowing every which way, but we got some regal and creative shots in the cap and gown as the sun lowered over the city.
